Kate Roselle, Blazek Real Estate

Kate is a lifetime real estate nerd with a unique journey to the industry. While she holds two master’s degrees and spent 15 years as a sales and marketing executive in the behavioral health industry, Kate’s personal journey with real estate investing and renovation inspired her to make real estate her full-time career.

Professional Summary:
• Licensed Realtor in Minnesota
• Member of Saint Paul Association of Realtors
•Member of National Association of Realtors

Kate is committed to helping buyers and sellers navigate the ever-changing housing market with confidence. Whether you’re purchasing your first home, upgrading to your dream build, or selling your property for the best possible price, Kate leverages her care for her clients, her industry expertise, and her strong negotiation skills to make your goals a reality. “I want people to feel seen, and to know I fight hard for them.  We laugh (a lot), we cry (happy tears), we dance. I’m in your corner. Let’s do this!”

Outside of work, Kate loves riding her jumping horse (Oscar), hiking with her two pups (Harbor + Atticus), swinging some clubs (often poorly) at the golf course, and has recently gotten into whiskey tasting (please send recommendations!)

Katelin Morton

Katelin is new to The Property Geeks, but not new to real estate. She has been licensed since 2017 and has a passion for putting her experience to good use–especially by helping her clients avoid common pitfalls or stresses in the home buying or selling process. She previously worked with a local home builder, so she has a thorough understanding of the home building experience, which she loves to share. One of her favorite parts about being a realtor is the opportunity she gets to join with her clients in such a pivotal time of their lives.

Before jumping into real estate, Katelin ran her own piano lesson studio for over a decade, which helped her understand the value of one-on-one interactions and how to teach each individual in the way that connects best with them. This carries over to real estate in how she custom-tailors each experience with her clients according to their situation. She also has experience working for a financial planner as well as tax preparation, so this personal finance background fuels her desire to help her clients build wealth and create financial stability.

Katelin speaks Spanish from her years of study at Brigham Young University and from living in Argentina for a semester. There’s nothing she loves more than having that extra ability to connect with someone from a different country or culture.

Katelin and her husband have three kids ranging from college to middle school, so you’ll find them going in all directions. Not Minnesota natives, they relocated to Lakeville in 2009, thinking it would be a short-term move, but they got hooked on this amazing area! They love to explore all that Minnesota has to offer, from seeing a show in the cities to hiking to a waterfall or kayaking a river in the quiet rural areas.

Jeana Schut

Born and raised in Minnesota, with a degree in Marketing and Communications and over 15 years of corporate and agency recruiting experience, Jeana’s new transition into real estate has felt seamless and finally like “home”. Having been exposed to the real estate world through her husband’s business, her goal has always been to get licensed and help people through the home-buying journey.

Having a tenacious work ethic and a drive for “more” has served Jeana well in Corporate America. The skills she has acquired and attributes that come naturally from that experience have led to the most important aspects that are the foundation of her business – empathy, trust, and communication. Jeana is passionate about helping people, listening to understand, offering candid advice, and partnering with her clients every step of the way. She believes the buying and selling process should be one of the most exciting times in a person’s life and she fully commits and embraces going above and beyond to make that a reality for her clients.

Professional Summary:
• Licensed Realtor in Minnesota
• Member of Saint Paul Association of Realtors

Personal Background:
Jeana grew up in the suburbs of Minneapolis and has now lived in the Northwest Metro for the last 15 years. She and her husband Nate are very proud of the family they’ve built, with their three kids, Alivia, Easton, and Kael…and two doe-eyed Boxers, Jersey and Rudis. If it’s incredibly early (much before sunrise) you will find Jeana drinking coffee and jumping into her weight-lifting workout. She loves a quiet morning at home, almost as much as the chaos of the afternoons when everyone is home and talking over each other about their day. Outside of that, you can find her in a gymnasium watching her daughter compete in gymnastics or her sons compete in wrestling. She loves a quick getaway to Nashville or Vegas with Nate and is never short on shoes or a new fashion trend!

Becca Lewis, The Eaton Group

Becca Lewis is a Twin Cities native and a graduate of the University of St. Thomas, where she earned a degree in Marketing. As she neared the end of her college career, she knew real estate was her true calling and set out to build a career in the industry. While finishing her degree, she began real estate courses and obtained her real estate license, determined to turn her passion into a lifelong profession.

In 2016, Becca launched her real estate career as the Office Administrator at a real estate office in Eagan. Understanding the value of seeing the administrative side of the business, she spent three years assisting over 100 agents, gaining firsthand knowledge of what it takes to be a successful Realtor. She played a key role in managing thousands of transactions, often stepping in as the problem solver to ensure deals stayed on track. With a wealth of experience under her belt, she made the exciting transition from behind the desk to working directly with clients as a full-time Realtor.

Becca is committed to providing exceptional service, guiding her clients through every step of the home buying or selling process. She takes pride in making the experience as seamless and stress-free as possible, ensuring that every client feels supported and confident in their decisions.

Outside of real estate, Becca cherishes time with her family and is a devoted dog mom to Remy and Riley. A true Minnesotan, she embraces the winter season and enjoys hitting the slopes for a day of skiing.

Austin Eaton- The Eaton Group

An experienced homebuilder and residential developer, Austin brings a unique set of skills to the process of buying and selling homes.

Austin’s focus is to employ these skills and experiences in each client interaction. Whether it is new construction or an existing home, his building background gives him the ability to identify potential issues and develop solutions for the varying demands of each real estate transaction.

Without communication, none of these skills or experiences are relevant. Austin’s approach is customized to each individual client’s wants and needs. Communicating all news, good or bad, has always been top priority. “My job is all about managing expectations and arming my client with the tools to make the very best decision.”

When not working, Austin loves to spend time with his family in Lakeville. “We found a community that we truly love, and we couldn’t imagine a better place to raise our kids.” He serves on the board of the Minnesota Golf Association and is actively involved with local charities. Golf is also a passion for Austin. Though he rarely competes these days, he once played in numerous national events including the Masters Tournament at Augusta National.
